Because Bébé Boutiques are “open house” style, you can come and go as you please—good news for those with a full schedule. So pencil it in and bring a friend! Come ready to try on fashionable hats and headbands, with your bébé's, as you discover bébé's sleek young fashions!

So pick a date and make plans to play hostess with an open-house Fashion Boutique in your pad. Why? Fun, friends and free product! Our Pledge to You: Bébé guarantees it’s hats to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 60 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at not cost.

Exchange Policy: If you change your mind and decide you don’t want a particular item, Bébé is happy to exchange unwashed/unworn hats within the first 60 days from original date of order. Complete the Return & Exchange Form and send the item(s) you wish to exchange to Bebe. Please allow 10-14 days for processing. You can also exchange if the hat you choose for your bitsy bébé does not fit.

Return Policy: If you want to return an item, we’ll happily stand by our products and provide the requested refund within the first 60 days from original date or order. Complete the return & exchange Form and send the item(s) you wish to return to Bébé. Refunds will be issued by original payment method. Please allow 10-14 days for processing. Bébé reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges submitted outside of our established guidelines. In addition, some exceptions to the return, exchange and price adjustment policies may apply towards special prices, promotions and sales, including clearance sales.
